ABOUT
I'm Merve, a Lead Product Designer based in Manchester, working on complex products at companies like Anmut, Iress and RAC.
Most recently, I led the design of a data asset management platform from early product definition to development-ready delivery, and built the design system behind it.
I enjoy the whole journey: discovery, user research, prototyping, testing, and working closely with engineers until the details are right.
HOW I WORK
As a lead, I set up clear design processes, mentor designers and help teams decide based on what users really need.
Understanding users, business goals and technical constraints to find the right problems.
Turning insights into priorities, journeys and principles that guide decisions.
Exploring, prototyping, testing and iterating towards scalable experiences.
Shipping with engineering, then improving with data and feedback.
